Q: Do I need to do lab work before doing a programme?
A: Having your labs done annually is always a great idea. Luckily, you don’t need lab results to follow any of my programmes and to heal those unruly hormones and estrogen dominance symptoms. The protocol is gentle and offers many additional benefits for your liver, gut and overall health.
If symptoms are severe and depending on an individual’s needs, I may recommend the ImuPro IgG Food Intolerance test which, assist in identifying inflammation trigger foods in the body. This test can help in cases of stubborn excess weight/obesity, complex gastrointestinal aliments such as Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis. As well as migraines and skin problems such as atopic dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis.
Q: How long do I need to take any recommend supplements in the programme?
A: I recommend 60 days to start seeing positive changes in your energy levels, PMS symptoms and gut issues. Many people report relief after 30 days, but the body often needs a little more time to heal.
